A church. A city. An estate bathed in gold.

Some weddings feel like they were made for long summer evenings and golden light. J and S’s day was exactly that. An intimate summer wedding that unfolded across some of Helsinki’s most beautiful settings.

The ceremony took place at Helsinki Cathedral. A setting of quiet grandeur, where vows exchanged beneath high ceilings carry a weight that stays with you long after the doors close. From there, we moved through the heart of the city for portraits: cobblestones, soft midday light, and two people entirely at ease with each other.

As the evening drew in, we returned to Espoo Manor. The grounds offered everything a summer wedding deserves, lush greenery, open sky, and the kind of stillness that only arrives when the celebration settles into something more intimate. And then came the golden hour. The sun descended slowly, painting the estate in warm amber light, and for a moment the whole day seemed to hold its breath.

A church ceremony, city portraits, and a golden evening at a Finnish manor, this is the kind of wedding day we live for. If you’re dreaming of a destination wedding in Europe, we’d love to be part of your story.
