We were inspired by that wonderful winter beauty and make up artist Maria Mironova, model Katarina Kantanen, dogs from kennel Sudarevich helped us to turn tale into reality.
What we wanted to create is a delicate and even vulnerable images, a bit sad, but not evil at all. In our perception Snowqueen is sad and even lonely. People imagine Snowqueen in sledge and harness, but our Snowqueen is of another kind, she is gently hugging Russian wolfhound, who became her devoted and delicate friend.
Thought it' pretty cold (-12 °C) and frosty, snow is amazingly sparkling into the sunlight so neither the make up artist nor me, as photographer or model even noticed it.
