When is the best time for a newborn photoshoot?
The ideal time for a newborn photoshoot is usually when the baby is under two weeks old (around 5–14 days). At this age, the baby still sleeps soundly for most of the time and is easy to gently pose in safe, soft, and womb-like positions.
When should we book the newborn photoshoot?
We recommend making a preliminary booking during pregnancy, around your due date. Once the baby is born, you just let us know, and we will agree on the exact date for the shoot. However, if your baby has already been born, don’t hesitate to send a message—let’s see if we have space in our calendar!
How long does the shoot take, and what if the baby cries?
We reserve plenty of time for newborn sessions, usually around 2–3 hours. We proceed entirely on the baby’s terms and at a peaceful pace. There is plenty of time reserved for feeding, diaper changes, and cuddling. If the baby cries or is hungry, we take a break and soothe them, we are in no rush.
Can parents and siblings be included in the photos?
Absolutely! Family and sibling photos are incredibly precious memories, and we are very happy to include them as part of the newborn session.

When to Book?
Because newborns grow so quickly, the best time to capture those sleepy, curly poses is within the first two weeks after birth. Since availability is limited, we recommend booking your session while you are still expecting.
